• The setting and funding of priorities, to maintain the quality of education for which Tolland has been known, achieved with efficiency.
• Town leadership to work together as a team in making the right choices, matching financial constraints and top priorities, using possibility thinking relative to budget and quality of education.
• Friends to be informed during the process, participate as they are able, and to exercise their right to vote.
