		<description>Folks, just like last year..and the year before.. and the year before, this first referendum is critical. All of our current curriculum, staffing and program plans have been based on the 3.0 budget increase. We are continuing to work our cost reduction efforts. So far it looks like we will be able to have almost all of the items in our 4.65% increase request that we sent to the Town Council. Rejection of the first referendum will cause many of our plans to be changed. We have the most flexibility on programmatic changes if we have this funding request. I urge you to vote, I urge you to vote for the first referendum on May 1st.</description>
